History of Fortitude Fund

Fortitude has representative offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. We have investment capabilities that span across equities, indices, foreign exchange, futures, and commodities markets.

At Fortitude, our investment philosophy is grounded in the belief that while markets are efficient in the long term, there are exist inefficiencies in the short to medium term, where we can identify investment opportunities. We strongly believe that diversification is the key to achieving superior risk-adjusted returns over the long term. These perspectives are always grounded in rigorous fundamental-driven research, as well as in-depth market and sector understanding. We encourage excellent discipline and solid capital management in a thriving trading environment and we hold our funds with regulated banks and brokers to ensure the safety of funds.

Fortitude is a private fund set up by a group of investors in 2018. Fortitude currently uses the External Asset Manager(EAM) model and we do not hold investors’ funds. Investors will open a trading account with a regulated & licensed bank or broker according to their preferences and sign an agreement and power of attorney provided by the bank/brokers so that our team of traders can login to their accounts to trade.

In 2020, Fortitude decides to start Fortitude Trading Academy to provide financial education to the public.
